3 · Behavior flags Restrict media to admins — recording + transcript visible only to Bhupinder & DJ; analyzer switches to Notes mode (paraphrased, no quotes/timestamps/speakers). VOC always uses this. Feed into cross-meeting findings re-sync — opt in if this meeting touches the TDAP dimensions. Off by default for non-Sessions.

Max 2GB per file. Recordings (.mp4, .m4a, .mov, .webm, .mp3, .wav) or transcripts (.vtt, .txt). Transcripts are auto-cleaned. Multiple files for the same session (e.g., video + Teams + Zoom + iPhone transcripts) can be selected together.
